This hotel is in a great location, so close to the Nagoya station and in the city center. the rooms may be small, but they are efficient and quiet. the bathrooms are nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast has a lot of choices, both Japanese and American styles, and the Japanese breakfast is particularly delicious. a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

The hotel can be a bit confusing to find, but once you locate it, the location is excellent.

Breakfast was GOOD and the room was very clean. We were happy to explore sky promenade, set within 5 minutes’ walk.

Great location that is close to JR and bus stations, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The double beds are sizable and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and attentive. The hotel provides extra amenities like hair rubber bands, facial cotton, and bath sponge that are useful.

The hotel can be somewhat dated and in need of renovation, with small and sometimes dirty rooms. The air conditioning is centralized and can't be controlled by the guests, and there is no complimentary bottled water.

The hotel had a good breakfast selection, both Japanese and American. the staff was polite and professional. the key location was convenient for exploring the city.

The room facilities were not up to standard. the air conditioning suddenly became weak in the middle of the night, and the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable and hard.
